OUTSOURCED CENTRAL PROCUREMENT

There is a significant number of domestic small enterprises in Hungary, for which

• it is not worthy to emloy full-time purchasing colleague, or
• the purchased volume does not reach the amount where significant discounts can be obtained.

In such cases, it is recommended to use our service because:

• and becouse of the combined procurement volume (currently we are involved in the procurement of raw materials for 6 companies), in almost all cases we procure the necessary raw materials on more favorable terms.

 

How It Works?

1. We collect raw material needs frequently, every month.
2. We collect offers from “Suppliers” (manufacturers, distributors and traders).
3. We evaluate the collected raw material offers - keeping in mind the interests of our Partners - You.
4. We make a purchase proposal. What, from whom and most importantly at what price to order - IMPORTANT, the contract will be between our Partner and a given "Supplier"!
5. Our partners will evaluate our proposal and, if accepted, will send the order.
6. We take care of the complete administration and organization towards the “Supplier”.
7. Delivery is made directly to our Partners (This will further reduce the costs, which will also be reflected in the purchase price.).
8. Invoicing will also take place directly between our Partners and the Supplier.
